Hi Ryan, Glad you took on my comments -however more about your own ambitions-Please
Firstly hold the camera above your eye line -look up rather than down makes for better viewing! Secoundly -well done on your Third tour in Asia . Thirdly Less about how your team mates are doing on the day -or tour and more on your progress -targets- and form. When you consider our sport and the sucessful riders -they never speak of how their team mates are doing . To Win you must put aside others and dedicate yourself to winning for yourself. Keep up the great work! Mountaingoat.
Well, the powermeter tells me that I pushed the pedals creating almost 5,000kj of energy. This, when you take standard elite cyclist efficiency into account roughly (wiggles hands in air) equates to 5,000 kilocalories - i.e. the amount of food (more hand wiggle) needed to produce the 5,000kj of forward motion.
